If you see the message: "This computer is already registered on the campus network" but are unable to access the network, you may need to clear your browser cache by following the instructions below.
- Internet Explorer (Windows): Go to the Tools menu and select Delete browsing history... Click the top button, Delete Files.
- Firefox: Go to the Tools menu. Select Clear Private Data... Make sure Cache has a check mark next to it, then choose Clear Private Data Now.
- Safari (Mac OS X): Go to the Safari menu. Select Empty cache... then click Empty.
You may also need to restart your computer. Please turn your computer off and back on if you do not have network access after 15 minutes. During move in weekend it could take longer, possibly up to 30 minutes.
If you do not have a BUnetID and password, you will not be able to register your computer.
Campus guests can use our guest wireless network.
